Raincoast Windhounds was the home of Canada’s first two silken windhounds, Kristull Egyptian Beauty (Ruby) and Kristull Irish Ash (Ash). They have been joined by their son Raincoast Tangaloor Quatsino (Tango) and Allagante Taj-i-Mah (Taj) in Vancouver, British Colulmbia and Raincoast Allagante Miracle in Oregon . We see ourselves as ambassadors in Canada to Silken Windhounds and we work to enhance the knowledge and love of this special breed. We are committed to healthy, well socialized, happy silken windhounds and we are careful in our approach to breeding. As a small urban kennel, Raincoast relies on collaborative breeding in order to draw on the expertise and guidance of well respected breeders in the Pacific Northwest.
